When is the transition finalized?

The transition becomes official in October of 2024, and we will start transitioning the website, social media channels and stores following this date.

What does this transaction mean?

This will help Warren CAT continue to grow in its construction, power and rental capabilities and give us a strong growth strategy to continue the company’s success for generations to come.

What equipment will be available to rent?

Along with the tremendous full line of Caterpillar products, there will also be new offerings. Some of those new offerings include a full line of equipment from Genie^®, JLG, Ditch Witch and more.

Why is this transition happening?

Warren CAT’s extensive network, combined with Great Plains’ trusted brand, will enhance Warren CAT’s customer support and availability. Our goal is to make equipment rentals fast and easy, and these recent changes will help us achieve that more effectively in the future.

Will there be any billing changes?

You may now make payments out to “Warren CAT”.

Is equipment pick up, return and delivery changing?

Equipment pick up, return and delivery will continue as before.

Can I return my equipment to any Warren CAT Rental location?

Yes, you are able to return your equipment rental to any Warren CAT location. Be sure to communicate that when you are reserving your rental.

Will I be able to rent the same type of equipment?

Yes, you are able to still rent the same Great Plains products you rented before now with additional fleet options. The products you are familiar with may be grouped in another part of our website.

Are the Great Plains phone numbers staying the same?

Yes, you will still be able to call using the original Great Plains phone numbers.
